Aim
The Program provides knowledge and skills in the field of project management – project scoping, cost and time management, risk assessment, procurement, business and team management, administration, communication, and quality control.
This program is aimed directly at those people who are either currently working in or soon to be moving into a project management role within the organisation with which they are employed.
Duration
The Certificate IV and Diploma of Project Management are delivered through half-day sessions of 10 face-to-face tutorials and 3 workshops, combined with the requirement that each participant complete a number of off site assessment tasks.
