Aim
This program provides flexible delivery of the new qualification, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. It gives participants a range of resources that support professional development for VET trainers and assessors.
The program provides skills and knowledge in the areas of planning, conducting and reviewing training and assessment within the context of the National Qualification Framework. Upon mastering the competencies in this program, participants will have acquired the knowledge and skills to implement, coordinate and conduct training and assessment for a range of industries.
Duration
This program is delivered in twelve (12), 3 hour sessions once a week.
In addition, there is the opportunity to attend 2 - 4 workshop sessions
to discuss and demonstrate skills within a learning environment.
Flexible Learning: Combination of online learning, skills assessments and self-paced project based assignments.
